**The Role**

At iRG we are passionate about customer service and endeavour to make the customers journey as smooth as possible.

We are looking for a full-time commercial administrator who ensures the highest level of organisation and communication, whilst providing an excellent offering of customer care and satisfaction at all times.

As part of the role you will maintain effective liaison with various other departments within the business and be approachable for all customers to assist with queries.

You will update our shared management system throughout the repair journey to ensure clear communication with all departments. You will handle dissatisfied customers calmly, efficiently and in accordance with our company complaint process, ensuring the Bodyshop Manager is notified of any negative feedback.

Job documentation will be a large part of the role, maintaining customer records, presenting invoices, obtaining appropriate payments and following correct procedure when issuing courtesy cars to the customers is vital.

The front of house will be your responsibility and will need to be kept tidy at all times to promote the professional image of iRG.

During your career we will offer you the relevant training to ensure you are confident and knowledgeable within your role. We will also encourage upskilling into various other admin departments and will support you by providing the tools to ensure this is a success.
- Friendly, confident and professional at all times.
- Experience in previous customer service roles is preferred although full training will be provided for our systems and product knowledge.
- Being punctual and organised is essential
- Ability to detect and solve potential problems
- Excellent telephone manner
- Be a team player with fellow colleagues
- Drivers license is preferred but not essential
