Job Description Summary

Operational support for delivery and improvement of AMIEO Digital HR solutions to our customers. This position will serve as a key driver for system optimization, governance, recommending improved processes. Working within the Regional Digital HR Team to deliver improvements and innovative solutions, working in conjunction with the Global Digital HR team.

**Job Description**:

- Develop and build strong cross functional relationships with stakeholders including COEs, HRBPs, IS, 3rd party suppliers, Alliance partners, Global partners.
- Operational system support for multiple entities in Europe and the wider AMIEO region.
- Project Support for a range of Global and Regional Projects within the Portfolio e.g. HCM, Recruitment, Time & Attendance, Integrations and Analytics.
- Testing support for enhancements and improvements, including regression testing for other projects.
- Regional support to achieve Global KPIs.
- Partner with HR team members, business partners and technical teams to gather requirements enabling the development of high-quality HR solutions which take downstream systems into consideration.
- Implement HR Digital Governance (Internal meetings, Regional Cascades, Global meetings with Digital HR, etc.)
- Contact window for HR Community; developing good relationships and fluent communication with Entity Ambassadors, HR Managers, COE heads & key HR stakeholders in AMIEO.

Additional Job Description
- 2-3 years experience required within HR, Digital or Digital HR.
- Will work in an extremely cross functional environment.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Travel may be required to support ongoing Projects and Initiatives

Note that this position can be based in other locations within AMIEO (working Europe hours) and is a 1 year maternity cover position.
