**MTH Networks** is an Internet Service Provider, specialising in residential full fibre internet throughout the UK. As **MTH Networks** grows, we are looking to further develop and grow the exciting and energetic Onboarding team based at the Head Office in Kettering, Northamptonshire with a full-time position as **Onboarding Assistant**.

**Tasks**

Working within the dynamic team - you will be responsible for processing the onboarding journey to get our customers connected.
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer orders
- Maintaining a database of customer orders
- Escalating delayed orders to the appropriate team, when necessary
- Checking product or service availability
- Passing customer feedback onto the product or sales team to improve the organization’s offerings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week

**Salary**: £15,600.00-£20,475.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kettering, NN15 6XW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
