**Job Description**:
**Principal Accountabilities**
- Overall end-to-end responsibility for all HR generalist matters - 90+ employees.
- Line management responsibility for a People Administrator.
- Proactively contribute to the People Strategy in support of Bramble’s overall goals.
- Undertake project work and initiatives in line with the People strategy and Bramble’s goals.
- Be a trusted partner to the senior leadership team and managers, proactively contributing to drive business performance through employee engagement on behalf of the SLT, owning the engagement and action plan.
- Manage life cycle of talent, from sourcing, interviewing through to internal talent management.
- Provide support to all hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Deliver training and coaching on recruitment activities to support managers development.
- Support the reward agenda, including cyclical activities; annual pay review etc
- Engage with departments to build effective working relationships.
- Responsible for ER & policy related matters.
- Support organisation evolution working with senior leaders to implement needed reorganisation programs.
- Supporting talent management (talent planning, retention, succession, etc.)
- Actively support managers with performance management; conduct regular sampling of objectives and development to determine quality and ensure alignment to Bramble’s Goals.

- Partner focused results and solution orientation, with the ability to drive and manage change and work through adversity and ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in data-driven analysis related to HR/People, and understanding the significance of data hygiene.
- Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure.
- Decisive and leads by example; demonstrates courage and serves as a role model

**Qualifications**:
Essential
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified (minimum)
- Significant HR business partner experience with a strong background in a fast-growth innovative organisation. Previous experience in the technology or engineering sector would be advantageous.
- Significant experience of recruiting internally.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law compliance.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes.
