To Supervise the work and daily performance of CHIS Data Quality & Failsafe Administrators is managed ensuring that standard operating processes are followed to ensure acceptable working practices and a customer focused service. Monitor workload on an ongoing basis, flexing duties of staff in order to respond to demands within the service and to fulfil KPI responsibilities. Ensure that supervised staff are trained to a competent level in all aspects of the systems required to fulfil their duties, for example, the Child Health Information System and support them to undertake mandatory training on time. Deputise for CHIS Senior Team Leader Data Quality & Failsafe in times of absence to include first line manager duties e.g., sickness return to work interviews.

To communicate information to and receive information from managers, colleagues, and others, whilst being aware of the need to maintain confidentiality. To adopt a constantly flexible team working approach to ensure that all individual and team objectives are completed efficiently and within given timescales.
