We are a large modern nursery supplying bedding, pot plants and added value products to major retail customers.

We are looking foran enthusiastic individualto joinour production /growing team. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and be passionate about working as part of a dedicated team producing high quality pot and bedding plants.

As a grower you will work as part of a small team responsible for the day to day running ofadesignated area of crop production and/or propagation. Yourmain duties will involveall aspects of crop productionincludingpropagation, monitoring crop needs, such aswater, nutrition and identifying pests and diseases. Experience of organisingand supervisinga small team of staff on a day to day basis would be an advantage.

Applicants should have relevant commercial horticultural growing experience. PA1 and PA6 certificates would be an advantage, however training may be available.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
