Directly reporting to the Technical Manager, you will have the opportunity to speak with senior decision-makers of the company, adding to the potential experience and knowledge you could be exposed to, as well as having opportunities to display your potential influence to help make crucial decisions for the company.
On top of a generous salary, you have 32 annual leave days a year (which increases by 1 at 2 & 5 years' service), with a detailed package with various other benefits.
Given the stature of the company, this role also offers security with next to no chance of redundancy or risk of losing your job from actions uncontrollable by yourself.
To top it off; no more unsociable hours. Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 17:00. Allowing you to have a better work-life balance. Flexibility on potential overtime hours during peak periods would be highly regarded.

They're a leader within the UK for the produce, and they work closely with a lot of the major retailers all over the country.
This company has multiple sites, proving its seniority within the industry. This includes a packing team of 600 people, with a 6500-acre farming operation.

**The Role**
As a Compliance Technologist at their site in Fosdyke (Boston), you'd be supporting the Technical Manager in providing administrative support with systems, grower and supplier approvals, technical due diligence requirements, and all the other compliance-based responsibilities you already know about if you're right for this role.
