We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Customer Voice Engagement Manager to join our Customer Engagement team. A highly autonomous role, the post holder will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer partnership working andcommunications across the stakeholder network, enabling customer and NHSSC value and growth.
**What does a Customer Voice Engagement Manager do at NHS Supply Chain?**:

- Dedicated to developing the overall customer experience, within a define stakeholder group, by influencing and offering support to customers within organisations at a variety of levels, including senior leadership.
- Oversee the coordination of resources across the NHSCC to support customers with buying decisions requiring specialist support
- The post holder will be required to deliver strategic customer plans by segmentation.
- Implements policies for own work area and proposes policy or service changes which impact beyond own area of activity
- Is required to interpret overall health service policy and strategy, in order to establish goals and standards.
- Issue feedback
- comments and requirements relevant to buying teams
- Production of I tracker form to gather customer feedback
- Maintenance of decision log governance requirements
- Management of effective customer engagement panels. This will include ensuring the meetings are run efficiently, actions progressed and, where needed, further recruitment of panel members is undertaken
- Identifying opportunities for future innovation of products and ensuring this intelligence is communicated to the correct teams
- Feeding into wider meetings and providing the voice of the customer

**What skills, qualifications and qualities do I need to be successful?**:

- The role will require proven and extensive knowledge and experience of leading and developing customer partnerships.
- Clinical sector experience (Ideally medical procurement or pharmaceuticals)
