**Location**: Forfar depot

**Reports to**: Area Director

**Salary**:£23,000 PA

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week)

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, positive individual who is outgoing, personable and will be able to work hard on their own initiative and be driven by sales results.

**WHO WE ARE**:
Oilfast are the fastest growing and now one of the largest fuel distributors in Scotland. In 9 years, we have grown to a level where we have 9 depots across the UK (mostly in Scotland). We have a large fleet of tankers and flatbeds delivering diesel, gas oil, home heating oil, lubricants, AdBlue®, gas bottles and fuel tanks out of those depots to a range of agricultural, commercial and domestic customers. We also sell fuel cards for drawing out our network of sites across the country.

We are a very ambitious company with a great team full of experience and enthusiasm. We are looking for a like-minded individual for the Sales Administrator role.

**ROLE SUMMARY**:
To identify and pursue fuel and ancillary sales opportunities in the geographical area covered by the Forfar depot. Taking orders over the phone and assisting customers with enquiries and generating orders from new customers.

**KEY RESULT AREAS**:

- Sales administration, processing orders
- Confidently interact with both commercial and domestic prospective and agricultural customers to generate business
- Handle any customer service issues with your customers with a view to resolving amicably
- Work as part of a small, committed team
- Provide your line manager with lead updates on a daily/weekly/monthly basis

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Excellent telephone manner
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- Must be computer literate
- Strong commercial awareness
- A confident and determined approach
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- The ability and desire to sell, if necessary

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
