Telemarketer

TFA is a multi award-winning marketing agency based in Milton Keynes, currently nearing 30 staff.

We are looking for a reasonably experienced, hard-working and very capable telesales person who is ready to make the leap into selling high-value services with great commission and earning potential. Although the role will focus around telesales, you will have the opportunity to grow into a full Business Development Manager and help us build a sales team.

As part of the role, you will get the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and brands where, as we say, no two days are the same.

You will be given training on our business and guidance, also data to work from, but will largely need to research and pursue your own opportunities.

**Earning Potential**

In addition to a fair basic, we offer a generously back-loaded commission and bonus structure without any ceiling. This means there is significant earnings potential if you are good on the phone as we provide high-ticket services and client spend ranges from £5,000 - £100,000+ per year.

**Pay Structure**
- Basic pay as per the band specified
- £50 per certified meeting
- 5% share of resulting client business for the first 3 months
- 2.5% share of resulting client business for months 3-6
- 1% share of resulting client business for months 6-12

**Experience & Qualifications**
- At least 2 years in previous telesales roles
- Demonstrable past success in selling

**Required Skills**:

- A confidence and capability to sell professional services over the phone
- The drive to make a decent number of calls per day
- The confidence to book a minimum of 10 appointments per month

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
