**Job Description**:
Alexander McQueen are in search of an organised and proactive Junior PA to support our Creative team based in our Central London HQ.

This role will be well suited to a passionate and eager individual with Administration/Office Support experience, paired with an aspiration to develop within their career as a PA.

How you will contribute?- Work closely with the Senior PA to the creative team on all required daily tasks & administrative duties.- Supporting the senior PA with Holiday & Travel requests including flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, transfers, currency, restaurants & activities.- Extensive assistance with the Gifting process for both Birthdays/Anniversaries & Seasonal campaigns including monitoring and ensuring stock levels are maintained, the preparation of gifts are actioned in a timely fashion & liaising with the post room to ensure delivery runs smoothly.- Ensuring creative office is well stocked with refreshments at all times.- Liaising with the Alexander McQueen archive specialist when required.

Who you are?- Previous experience in an administrative/support function, responsible for prioritising and multi-tasking various and competing demands.- Highly organised with a calm, kind & caring demeanour.-
- Strong emotional intelligence, professional, diligent & trustworthy.- A passion for the creative field.- Punctual, professional, and trustworthy acting with a high level of discretion at all times- Fluency in English with exceptional writing skills.- Computer literate, including excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
