**Independent Financial Advisor - Employed
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED IFA

Belper IFS Ltd are a successful wealth management business based in Derbyshire, which incorporates regulated financial advice on retirement planning and investment to our medium net worth clients. It has a good established client base, is well respected within its field, and continues to expand due to client referrals and central office location.

This means that we now recruiting for another Independent Financial Advisor to join the team, and we would supply the clients. As a growing company, we are able to provide a valuable opportunity for a fully experienced advisor to work on our existing client pipeline.

We are a friendly team, and though this is ‘office based’ this is only a 4 day working week, which includes benefits such as private healthcare, and a very supportive environment, with a clearly defined earnings pathway which continually recognises your current experience, qualification level and contribution.

- Relevant Diploma Level 4 Qualifications
- a good reputation within the industry and solid experience within a similar role
- customer service skills and the ability to build on a relationship therefore helping the clients to reach their financial goals
- good listener who generally has great communication skills
- attention to detail
- good IT literacy
- a team player who values professionalism as well as a supportive atmosphere

This type of position rarely comes along within this sort of business, and is an owner led company with good values and the welfare of its employees and clients given priority, including a company ‘dog’.

The salary will be competitive and related to the level of your qualification and status currently, but could be up to £60k.

The benefits are the great atmosphere, the opportunity, including development and also the 4 day week, 3 day weekend We are also prepared to consider qualified applicants who want a part-time hours.

We would welcome applicants from the Derbyshire/Nottingham area who prefer to work outside of a city centre environment and avoid traffic queues and parking costs
