Export Shipping Administrator

Export Shipping Administrator - £28-30,000 Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Export Shipping Administrator.

**Responsibilities**:

- To manage the export order process from receipt to delivery,
- To liaise with operations and logistics to ensure customer deliveries are fulfilled within agreed time scales.
- To ensure all export documentation and information required for the creation and sending of commercial invoices, packing lists and transportation requirements are made available as necessary.
- To provide effective after sales service to customers ensuring export sales orders are acknowledged and invoiced.
- To process and handle orders, returns, cancellations and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- To ensure that all records are maintained in accordance with company processes and that documentation is filed as soon as possible so that they can be available to others as necessary.
