**Business Development Executive**
£26,000-£30,000 basic salary & £15k OTE (uncapped commission)
You must have 1+ years telesales experience to be selected for this role.
If you have experience in IT, Legal or Recruitment, this would be preferable however, we will also look at other backgrounds as we like a diverse range of expertise in the office
This role will be working for a leading firm of legal software solutions in Leeds.
Work from home available (WFH). Must be able to work from the office once a week.
**Responsibilities**:
- Pro-actively selling products to new & existing customers.
- Commercial contract negotiations for new and existing customers.
- Ensuring customer experience is in line with agreed targets, in terms of quality and frequency of contact.
- Rapidly identify key account issues / needs based on documented information and demonstrate the business value.
- Manage incoming sales leads and ensure sales are completed within a timely efficient manner and within agreed KPIs.
- Contribute to development and help implement marketing programmes to increase awareness.
- Aiming to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets, maximising new business opportunities.
- Recording customer feedback to improve service & delivery.
- Working with internal teams to maximise opportunities.
- Admin duties; documentation and data recording using a CRM system
- Any other duties as reasonably requested
