We require numerous Teaching Assistants for an award winning Primary / SEND school based in West Kirby

The school aim for the Teaching Assistants is to develop every pupil's self belief and develop an intrinsic love of learning. The right Teaching Assistant will learn alongside each child, valuing and learning from what each child brings to the school. The School provide a strong learning culture and environment that excites, engages, challenges and inspires everyone.

The working hours for a Teaching Assistant is 8:30 - 15:30 and the rate of pay will be £78 per day.

Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support and guidance to students in their learning and development
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assist with classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other teaching assistants to ensure effective instruction
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the lead teacher
- Support students with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Assist with the preparation of materials and resources for lessons

**Skills**:

- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
- Knowledge of educational principles and practices
- Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
- Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with students with diverse needs
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
