**The Role**

Being an Agile Delivery Manager with Opencast will give you the opportunity to deliver projects across complex and strategic organisations which will be at varying levels in their digital maturity, this helps you to really add value with the skills you bringto the table by coaching wider than your direct team and playing a part in communities of practice.

**You'll suit this role if you**:

- can influence, present, and share key updates amongst your peers, leaders, wider stakeholder networks and communities, using a number of techniques
- are comfortable having difficult conversations with stakeholders whilst managing their expectations effectively
- are able to work closely with your Product Manager to work through resources, budgets and roadmap planning
- are capable of coordinating, motivating, and establishing strong team working principles including positive and constructive feedback
- are willing to roll your sleeves up and getting stuck in to support the team

**Bonus nice-to-haves**:

- Experience with managing third party suppliers and a commercial acumen
- Ability to spot opportunities for Opencast to better support our clients
- Understanding the key phases of agile transformation, user centred design and or Government Digital Standards

**Salary**

Based upon individual skill/experience level, and where this aligns against our competency framework:

- Consultant: £38,000 - £56,000
- Senior consultant: £57,000 - £67,000

**Where you’ll work**

At Opencast, we’re not remote-first - we’re hybrid. Our hybrid working model is about being in the right place at the right time to deliver your work, taking into account the requirements of your client and your team as well as your own. This could meanworking at a client site, remotely at home or at one of our offices around the UK.

**Interview process**

Interviews take place over Microsoft Teams. If that doesn’t work for you, we’ll do everything we can to support and make any necessary adjustments. We want to ensure everyone has the best possible interview experience.
