**More about your role**

The Customer Inclusion Manager is a new role at Places for People created to champion Customer inclusivity. You will be responsible and accountable for championing Customer Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I), whilst supporting the development and assessment of Customer facing services including digital and physical access matters and the way that affects service delivery.

You will work closely with colleagues across the Enterprise to identify needs, best practice solutions and meaningful actions to promote greater inclusion and wellbeing for all Customers. Partnering with Customer groups, you will translate, implement, and embed our strategy to really set the standard of customer inclusion. For this role you will need to be passionate about breaking down barriers for our Customers and making positive, meaningful change.

**More about you**

You will be a forward thinker who has experience of managing challenges, excellent prioritisation skills and attention to detail. Strong IT skills are essential for this role, you will use Microsoft packages including Teams and have a broad understanding of day-to-day business operations.
