Recruitment Officer

**2 year permanent contract**
Our client is a multi-energy company that produces and markets energies on a global scale. They are currently seeking a Recruitment Office to join their HR team to manage the full life cycle of recruitment.
You will be responsible for coordinating operational HR activities and bringing an innovative approach; continually looking for ways to improve HR practices and procedures, by having a full understanding of HR and identifying trends within Talent Acquisition.
**Duties**:
- Ongoing research and review of salary benchmark for each vacancy
- Review and develop approach to vacancy advertising, screening interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Monitoring and Coordinating (along with Talent Developer) the Company’s Applicants Tracking System
- Managing disclosure and barring service (DBS) process & references to ensure 100% compliance.
- Updating and maintaining all vacancy database externally and with internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all the documentation is secured from approvers and retained for audit and verification (payroll/offer etc.)
- Conducting new starters’ inductions; along with managing new starter process.
- Validating & processing all new starter details ensuring correct information & legal working documentation supplied. - Building Preferred Suppliers List (of recruitment agencies)
- Review and develop the design, implementation and improvement of the Company’s employee value proposition (EVP) ensuring consistency with company rules & regular updates to raise market awareness of the company as an employer of choice & develop a talent pipeline
- Contribute to the ongoing development of Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) within the Company
- Conduct exit interviews, providing analysis and feedback to senior management
**Qualifications / Experience needed**:
- Exposure to intercultural, multi discipline, blue-chip environment is preferred.
- Experience of recruiting in the UK market for multiple job disciplines is ideal.
- The job holder must be analytical and demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Educated to degree level and minimum 5yrs office experience required
This will be hybrid working with 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days from home.
**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
