A local Midlands based authority are looking to recruit a full-time Administrator to work in their busy Customer Relations Team
Tasks will involve:
Logging and acknowledging complaints on to system

Triaging and monitoring cases on the system
Dealing with phone calls
You will need:
Excellent organisation skills,
Have the ability to learn quickly
Fast and accurate keyboard skills
37:00 (hr:min) hours per week:
Monday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Tuesday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Thursday: 09:00 - 17:30 (60 minute lunch)
Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (60 minute lunch)
Equipment to be collected from central Warwick
You will be able to work from home apart from Tuesday which will be an office day
Temp ongoing with the potential for a permanent contract
