Our rates of pay are **£13 - £16 PLUS paid travel and waiting time**. This is in addition to our amazing benefits like free counselling, high street discounts and anniversary and refer a friend bonuses of £250.
At Home Instead care is personal. We are **different from other care companies** as we offer a **minimum call length of 1-hour**, so you will have the time required to make a real difference to your clients lives. We also will keep you with the **same clients** to allow you to provide compassionate, relationship-led support from the heart. **Job Description**:
You will enjoy a truly **rewarding **career with a **great work-life balance** whilst we care and support you alongside our award winning training with our Qualified Nurse. We will **respect, value** and **support** you with everything you need to be a successful **Care Professional**.
Your would provide assistance in the clients daily routine, from helping the client get up and washed and dressed, to cooking meals and support with medication and helping them to get out within the community. You will have the time to **build a fantastic relationship **with your clients and watch them thrive independently within their own home.
