Settled in 16 acres of mature grounds with wooded glades, Parbola Holiday Park offers dog-friendly holidays and ownership opportunities for families wanting to get back to nature. We are looking for a Reception Team Member to make their welcome as warm as possible.

**Pay**: £12.00 per hour

**Contract**: Seasonal

**Hours**: Full time (opening hours are 8.30am to 7.00pm)

**Live In**: Not available with this role

**What will you do?**
- Be the first point of contact for our park welcoming visitors, guests, and canine campers
- Ensure all front desk welcomes are positive and helpful
- Helping with general tasks such as tidying the safari tent games, monitoring the laundry and wash up areas, checking guests have swimming bands in the pool area
- Answer general questions about the local area and the park
- Work collaboratively across the whole park team

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for someone who will act with a ‘can do’, hands on attitude who enjoys administrative work and interacting with customers.

Excellent IT skills are a must for this role and experience within the caravan/holiday industry would be an advantage.
