**The Behaviour Mentor Role**:

- A permanent, full-time position in a well-reputed Special School
- Playing an active role in managing the behaviour of students with ASC and SEMH needs on a 1:1 basis.
- Delivering strategised and ongoing behavioural and emotional interventions.
- Working closely with Educational Psychologists, Curriculum Leads, Speech and Language Therapists, and other multi-agency staff.
- Support students to develop resilience, independence and emotional regulation, both with their learning and in forming positive relationships with peers and staff.
