Learning Support Assistant for Children with Autism

**Job Description:**
LTF Recruitment is pleased to offer a Teaching Assistant position at one of our partner schools, which provides a school for young children with autism. The role involves supporting pupils with their education and daily life activities.
**About the School:**
- The school utilises the principles of Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA) and Pyramid Approach to Education, providing pupils with an effective means of communication using the Picture Exchange System.
- Pupils have a diagnosed autism spectrum disorder and require a supportive environment to thrive.
- The school offers a personalised access to a differentiated curriculum, meeting each individual pupil's needs.
- A friendly and supportive team of staff prioritise the pupils' needs and provide regular training and development reviews.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience working with children with autism or special educational needs.
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
**Salary and Benefits:**
The estimated salary for this role is £95-105 per day. The position also offers opportunities for career development and progression within the school.
