Ross & Liddell are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join their friendly, fast paced team.

Our structure is aimed at team work, to ensure that our staff gain job satisfaction, and our clients expectations are met.

Day-to-day duties include:

- Raising job orders to contractors to attend to common maintenance issues
- Following up on all open jobs and liaising with contractors for their attendance reports
- Following up estimate requests to ensure estimates are provided by contractors within set timescales
- Reviewing estimates provided by contractors and liaising with internal departments to progress these repairs
- Ensuring all follow up action is done in accordance with internal procedures that meet our Service Level Agreement

Full training and support will be provided.

This is a permanent post working Monday to Friday in our City Centre office, with no requirement for weekend working.

Excellent Salary and Annual Leave Package.
