**Remote / Hybrid from our either our Plymouth, Bristol or Birmingham office with occasional UK-wide travel**

**12 - 15 month Fixed Term Contract with potential of a permanent role**

Our HR team are highly visible across Succession and provide holistic and accessible HR support to our colleagues on all aspects of their life as a Succession employee. We now have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join the team in this fast paced and varied generalist HR role. We are looking for an individual to join our team on a Fixed term basis covering Maternity leave, however as a rapidly growing business there is high potential of a permanent role becoming available.

**The Opportunity**

You will work as an integral part of the HR team providing support with the delivery of: organisational and cultural change activities; critical annual HR processes; policy updates and generalist HR advice, support and guidance to Managers and colleagues. As part of this role you will also support the Head of HR and M&A team in the onboarding of employees transferring into Succession from acquired businesses.

Key focus area's will include:

- Providing both a responsive and proactive generalist HR service to all Succession colleagues
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with newly acquired firms and contributing to a seamless integration of new colleagues into Succession.
- Managing the end-to-end TUPE process ensuring that all parties are kept updated throughout.
- Demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders across Succession.
- Identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.

You will also need:

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Human Resources including experience of managing TUPE processes.
- An HR qualification and membership of CIPD or equivalent work experience
- An innate understanding of the principles of good HR practice
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to persuade, influence and, when appropriate, challenge with tact and diplomacy.
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience implementing best practices and process improvements.
