- Maintenance of probation and absence files.
- Organise probation reviews and coordinate return to work meetings
- Compile new starter information into HR system and update with employee changes
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by placing vacancy advertisements, arranging interviews, right to work and qualification checks
- Arrange new starter inductions and training
- General HR administration and provide support to line managers
