**Location**: Penrith, Cumbria - hybrid working available

**Contract**: Permanent, Full time

**Salary**: Up to £35k + Car + Benefits

**Responsibilities**

As an Information Coordinator you will maintain responsibility for own performance, continually developing skills, knowledge, and drive improvements within the Information Management scope through standards and behaviours. This role will be part of a centralised Coordination team, so the successful applicant will be expected to support other projects dependant on deadlines and annual leave cover.

Your day to day will include:

- Manage and maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) on the ProjectWise & BIMXtra Platform and implement and maintain document control processes and procedures
- Follow established standards on document naming, numbering, revising, and formatting (BS ENO ISO 19650)
- Track all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including logging in registers and issuing document transmittals
- Responsible for issuing to the client on their CDE Business Collaborator
- Work effectively with suppliers, the client, and other internal/external parties to ensure that information is distributed and managed correctly

- Expertise and understanding of working with Document Management Systems (DMS)/Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Good experience of document control and keen eye for a detail
