Job Title: Office scheduler/planner
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 to 5.00- No weekends

Permanent position.

Immediate start required.

The core role will be the administration and scheduling functions in our service department. Tasks include scheduling labour and answering inbound phone calls and processing completed certification and documents.

Due to the continued growth of the heating department, this is a great opportunity to help build and develop within a great team and rewarding industry. The overall aspiration of the company is the continuation of growth which in turn offers development opportunities for our staff members.

Your initial duties will be varied but will include:

- Scheduling gas, oil, and air& Ground source heat pump services, booking appointments directly with customers and clients.
- Updating electronic records.
- Reporting on contract performance to the contracts manager
- Provide support with financial matters including the collation of billable data from engineer’s job cards.
- Using a bespoke client system and Microsoft packages, Word, Excell etc.

The Requirements
- Flexibility and adaptability to work under your own initiative and in a busy office environment to resolve and progress jobs.
- An ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads - An ability to communicate within a team and across internal and external stakeholders
- Have a confident phone manner and the ability to communicate with all types of customers.
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience within an office administrative / scheduling role is essential.
