We are working with a well-established building envelope contractor in their search for a Cladding Contracts Manager to be based near their offices in Gloucestershire. If you have a background in overseeing cladding projects we would be interested in hearing from you. Our client specialises in providing façade solutions for main contractors and developers in the new build market. The company has experienced exceptional growth and has a focus on projects valued between £500,000 and £2,000,000. Their projects are throughout the South West and South of the UK., Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing project execution from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of work are completed within schedule and budget.
  • Managing multiple projects and managing the Site Manager on site.
  • Liaising with all project stakeholders including site teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure excellent project delivery.
  • Coordinating with design and estimating teams to facilitate efficient project processes.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and health & safety compliance.
  • Reporting on project progress to the senior management team.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Contracts Manager in the cladding industry.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and standards, especially as they pertain to cladding and related areas.
