We are looking for an experienced and committed individual to help shape our improvement journey with tenants and the Tenant Academy is a key element to help us to become a high performing social landlord.

**Your next role**

The Tenant Academy has the vision to improve the skills of our customers in a variety of ways that will enable them to engage with training, enter the job market or volunteer in a confident and meaningful way. This will include working with tenants who are engaged in improving the housing service they receive and ensuring they are able to effectively scrutinise and monitor the delivery of those services in accordance with local and national standards.

We are looking to refresh our training offer to tenants and the Tenant Academy Lead will ensure the training and opportunities delivered to tenants meets our customer and business needs.

The TA Lead will also play an active part in Housing’s Leadership Team including looking at a Workforce Strategy that meets the requirements of the Social Housing (Regulation) Act.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong development and training ethos where doing the best we can for our customers is your personal commitment.

Experience of working for a social housing landlord and a relevant professional qualification is required for this role.
- You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”)._
