Hays Senior Finance are recruiting a Management Accountant for a highly successful South Lincolnshire company
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for producing the monthly accounts pack, VAT returns, daily/weekly and monthly KPI reports, business partnering, monitoring control accounts and investigate any differences, accruals / prepayments,preparing the audit pack and supporting documentation, liaising with Auditors, reviewing and auditing of processes and production areas to identify potential issues or benefits, weekly flash reporting on sales performance, operational KPI's, budgeting andforecast assistance, stock investigation to highlight potential overstocks or margin reviews, fixed asset validation and reporting including potential investment reviews, customer reviews for potential contracts or overriders, labour modelling to review shiftpatterns and forecast labour spends.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will either be a part-qualified looking to complete your exams or be a qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA or be qualified by experience with relevant commercial management accounting experience. You will have excellent Excel knowledge and strong IT skills with agood understanding of the full end to end process and be able to critique. You will have strong problem solving and decision-making ability appropriate and have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced finance environment. You will beliving in close commute of the South Lincolnshire area as the role is predominantly office based. Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
