They have a fantastic opportunity for a **Cost Administrator - Fleet**

**Monday - Friday**

**7:30am - 4pm OR 8am - 4:30pm**

**Key Objectives-**:

- To be part of the cost management team, ensuring business costs are correct.
- Monitoring and maintaining owned plant, tool contracts and vehicles within the business.
- Working with internal stakeholders to monitor and maintain a fleet of long
- and short-term hire vehicles.
- Ordering and issuing tools for operatives, tracking tool movement.
- Reconcile invoices from lease companies ensuring they are paid on time.
- Ensuring costs are allocated to the correct departments.
- Issuing and monitoring fuel card spend.
- Obtaining write-off costs for lost plant.
**Technical Competencies-**:

- Good Telephone skills.
- Experience in administration.
- IT literate and competent in use of software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
**Qualifications / Expertise**:

- At least 4 GCSE passes or equivalent including English and Maths.
- Good communication and telephone manner.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
