Main Duties:

- Processing Accounts Payable invoices
- Reconciliation of the intercompany accounts on a monthly basis in close relationship with other Group subsidiaries
- Contact for all AP enquiries
- Import and analysis Accounts Receivable Invoices
- General Ledger Account reconciliation and clearing
- Balance Sheet reconciliations monthly
- Journal Processing
- Assistance with month end processing and general ledger entries
- Assistance with VAT reconciliation and Submission
- Scanning of all purchase invoices and sales invoices
- Data entry and processing
Any other ad hoc duties required to assist the Chief Accountant as and when required.
Requirements for the role:

- SAP or ERP experience
- Knowledge of EDI Self billing (desirable)
- Advance Excel Skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIF)
- Ability to analyse large volumes of data
- Adaptable
- Autonomous
- Team player
