The role will include but not be limited to:

- Process purchase Invoices, check to purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Deal with Purchase order and Invoice pricing queries and errors promptly.
- Supplier Statement Reconciliations.
- Supplier payment run.
- Resolve supplier Issues as quickly as possible & build relationships with suppliers.
- Assisting Purchasing department with queries.
- Monitoring business spending.
- Bank Reconciliation
- Any other ad hoc duties required by the accounts team.

**Experience**
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Purchase Ledger.
- Experience of using SAP.
- Strong IT skills & Microsoft Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel.
- Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines whilst rioritising a busy work schedule.
- Excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.
- A flexible team player with a can-do attitude.
- A keen interest in the Pet and Equestrian industry would be advantageous

Salary depending on experience.
