Working as part of a busy HR team you will be providing support to regional offices.
Main duties of this role will be.
- HR support in set business area(s) as first line of contact
- Drafting letters relating to contractual changes, meeting outcomes, salary changes & other ad hoc administration
- Provide effective and quality assured advice, guidance and support in the areas including employee relations, recruitment, TUPE, equality and diversity, in line with policy and best practice
- Management of ongoing HR related cases such as Sickness Management, Physio appointments, probations & Maternity and Paternity
- Support the wider HR department with various tasks such as; minute-taking, outcome letters & advice and guidance as first point of contact for regional teams
- Use internal systems to process admin related tasks, ensuring SLA's & Payroll deadlines are met, while making sure compliance and GDPR requirements are maintained
This role will make use of your excellent communication skills and your ability to multi task, communicating with stakeholders across the business on a variety of topics. You will have solid administration skills be confident using Microsoft packages and ideally you will have some experience in using HR related systems.
