Sales Ledger Officer I Full time or Part Time (30+ Hrs) I Permanent I Hybrid I Flexible working hours I £26000
Working as part of this busy vibrant finance department you will be reportable to the Financial Controller. You will be tasked to Manage a full Sales Ledger portfolio, Credit Control and query resolve allowing full exposure and able to build customer relations.
Your New Role
In this varied role you will liaise with customers, deal with any queries which may arise and build solid business relations. You will be responsible for:

- Invoicing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in line with our invoicing procedures
- Raising credit notes for invoices
- Chasing clients for purchase orders and producing reports
- Processing internal sales orders
- Uploading invoices to customer portals
- Chase debts and query resolution in a timely manner, including investigating, logging, resolving disputes in line with company policy
- Month end procedures and ledger management
- Assist when required team colleagues

What you'll need to succeed
- You will have experience in Sales Ledger and Credit Control
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to prioritise
- Ability to work in a fast paced and busy department
- Can do attitude
- Enjoys being part of a team
