**Salary Range**: Up to £27,000
We’re looking for a **Patient Access Officer** to join our team at the prestigious Harley Street Health Centre in Central London.
As a Patient Access Officer you will provide a comprehensive range of administrative services to patients, GP's and other third parties which will in turn assist in giving patients a seamless journey into using our world class services. You will also ensure compliance in all revenue cycle functions.

This is a fabulous opportunity for you to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team. Your full time hours will be over a four day week.
**What you'll do**:
- Maintain accurate and up to date information on the clinic database during the patient journey.
- Formally pre-register or register all patients and guarantee 100% accuracy when requesting and transferring information to HCA databases.
- Ensure all relevant Patient documents are signed and scanned to the patient accounts including patient registration form and self-pay agreement for each visit.
- Ensure that all administrative functions are carried out to the highest standard.
- Ensure that all patients meet the HCA criteria to enable successful and full financial settlement, whether Sponsored or Self-funded.
- Seek assistance from Senior Patient Access Officers/Patient Access Leaders with any complex queries.
- Assist in the management of the Patient Access shared mailbox.
- Ensure all Letter of Guarantees are received and scanned on the relevant patient account.
- Respond to telephone, written and face to face queries.
- Respond promptly to any patient/third party requests.
- Manage patient waiting areas to ensure the Patient Access Service runs smoothly.
- Coordinate and facilitate referrals where applicable.
**What you'll bring**:
- Good general level of education
- Computer literate
- Previous reception/admin experience is essential, ideally within healthcare and maybe also hospitality
- Dynamic and positive attitude
- Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service.
- A friendly "can-do" attitude
