Hayeswick is a small, family run day nursery based in West Wickham BR4.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, passionate people who want to get into childcare as we are looking to hire a 'nursery apprentice' who we will train and guide to get a L2/L3 qualification in childcare.

**Working week: 40 hour week**

**Shift pattern of either 8-5 or 9-6. This will change weekly.**

**Salary**

**£6.40 per hour in line with **National Minimum Apprentice wage.

**The role will include**:

- Undertaking training to obtain recognized qualifications, including completing assignments on time
- To attend team meetings and contribute relevant ideas
- Under supervision to provide all aspects of care for children including washing, changing and feeding
- To assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of children
- To provide adult interaction with children in the setting
- To be aware of the settings confidentiality policy

There is plenty of career progression offered in the job. You could also climb the career ladder by gaining higher qualifications and become a supervisor or deputy leader.
