**Overview**

Market leading Estate & Letting Agency with offices in Richmond and Catterick Garrison seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales and Lettings Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions and providing exceptional customer service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the property industry.

**Job description**

At Irvings, the customer always comes first, whether that is a seller, a buyer, a landlord or a tenant it is our aim to ensure that all receive the highest quality of service.

You must be a team player, hard working, organised, enthusiastic, pro active, willing to go the extra mile, have good IT knowledge, be happy in a very busy office environment and bring a strong customer service ethos. Previous experience of working in an Estate and Letting Agency would be a big advantage.

You will be involved in all aspects of the letting and selling of properties. This will include dealing with sellers, buyers, landlords, solicitors, surveyors, tenants and sub-contractors on a daily basis.

The role is full time and will include half day Saturday on a rotational basis. Primarily based at the Richmond office, you will also be expected to work from the Catterick office on a rotational basis. The role is office based.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
