Overview:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join a well-established team at the end of the month to support with a Roadshow at Lincoln Showground. Having previous retail experience and working in a fast-paced environment is desirable so to be able to support efficiently.
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and has a passion for clothing and in-person conversation
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and inventory management
- Ensuring customers are supported and have assistance with trying on or buying products.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
