Job Summary
We're seeking a Sales Assistant to work on a temporary contract, providing outstanding customer service and supporting our sales team. As a Sales Assistant, you'll be responsible for delivering a high level of customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying displays
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
