Working as part of a global Workday HCM transformation programme as a technical lead, the role will be tasked with managing the full end to end delivery of the integration workstream.

**The responsibilities are**:

- Coordinate, shape and produce the overall integration design.
- Own the technical delivery plan
- Main point of contact for the workstream
- Manage other technical resources
- Day-to-day planning throughout delivery from requirements to deployment.
- Status reporting for each integration.
- Support the setup of downstream test environments.
- Support testing activity
- Integration Cutover planning
- Previous experience of joiner, mover and leaver integration into Azure / Active directory will be advantageous.
- Previous experience of building integration from Workday, Oracle HCM or SAP Successfactors is a must.

The role will report into the Programme Manager
