At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Workday HCM Talent Specialist to join our team. As an HCM Talent SME, you will be responsible for providing functional expertise and leadership in the design, development, and implementation of Workday HR solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HR/Talent management modules. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and help us drive innovation.

Who we are looking for:

Innovative individuals with proven experience working as a HCM Talent SME or in a similar role to join our HR Systems team. In this role you will Partner with Talent review and Performance management Team in design and deployment of complex global annual talent review, performance cycles and goal setting process in Workday. That possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills while demonstrating impeccable communication skills while collaborating with internal executive leadership and clients directly to resolve issues.

What you'll do: Analysis, solutions design and development, product delivery and post-production migration support of functional modifications and enhancements to Workday HR systems/tools. Serve as a Workday SME; actively participate in Workday Releases and staying ahead of new features/functionality being introduced by Workday. Be part of the team responsible for the business configuration and maintenance of the Workday HR Systems supporting internal employees as well as other downstream systems and processes. Translate business and technical requirements into a project and architectural blueprint that achieves desired business objectives - this includes identifying solutions for Workday product gaps. Assist in crafting and presenting a solution to influence key decision makers. Additional details: Proven experience leading Talent Management cycles in Workday as well as experience deploying multiple Workday HCM implementations is required. 3+ years of experience as a hands-on Workday SME, configuring and maintaining modules related to HCM, performance, talent, and goals is paramount to the success of this role. Certifications: Workday Core HR, Workday Talent are required.
