**Scheme Manager **Permanent** (Part Time - 15 hours per week)**

We are looking for a Scheme Manager to be based at Yew Tree Court in Walsden.

The role will be to deliver a customer focused effective and efficient housing management service to Yew Tree Court and Spruce Walk in Walsden, Calderdale.

This will include Health and Safety compliance and general tenancy management as well as directly managing the cleaning and gardening services at the site.

The role will also support income collection and letting the properties by working in close liaison with the Income and Leasehold and Lettings team.

This role is a great opportunity to work with people living in Yew Tree Court, Spruce Walk to create a safe and neighbourly place to live.
