What it's like to work here:We're a relatively small property, with a friendly atmosphere. Reporting into the Facilities Manager and Property Operations Manager, you'll work with a small, dedicated staff team and wider volunteer support.

The Workhouse and Infirmary is a unique National Trust property focussing on the social history of the poor, giving a voice to their stories and experiences. It is a complex place that challenges us to reconsider how we care for all in our communities today. With so many connections to important contemporary questions surrounding welfare and inequality, it is an exciting time to be joining the team.

What you'll be doing:As the Facilities Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the delivery of an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service, to enable the successful operation of the property. You'll support the Team to meet its's objectives, by ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained at all times. You will be assisting with the organisation of planned, preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs, and also assisting the Team to remain compliant with their Health and Safety, amongst other things.

We’d love to hear from you if you have;
- Experience in a Facilities role in a customer service environment
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work in collaboration with other departments
- Ability to work well in a Team
- Flexible, customer focussed approach with understanding of good customer service standards
- Good IT skills(Microsoft Office)
