The** People and Talent Coordinator **at AllPoints Fibre** **will report into the Talent Acquisition Manager and work alongside the People and Culture team. The People and Talent Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition team with day to day coordination and projects that support our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) internally and externally.. This position focuses on coordinating recruitment efforts, facilitating the talent acquisition process and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

**What you will be doing**:
**Recruitment Coordination**
- Day to day support of talent acquisition activities including:

- Managing inboxes
- Writing and posting job adverts

**Data reporting and system maintenance**
- Competing regular reporting for TA and People Ops teams

**Recruitment marketing**
- Promoting roles internally and externally through internal comms channels and APF social pages
- Attending recruitment fairs
- Promoting our EVP

**Employee Referral Scheme**
- Promoting the ERS with new employee’s
- Tracking referral placements
- Updating payroll with bonus information

**Contractors and agency fee’s**
- Coordinating contractor placements and renewals
- Ensuring contractor data is maintained
- Raising PO’s for agency placements

**About you**:
Having previous experience in a people and talent role or relevant qualifications (CIPD) is advantageous.
