Our Talent Acquisition team have played a key part in our growth and due to an internal promotion within the team, we now have an opportunity for a TA Coordinator / Administrator to join us.

You will play an important role in supporting our team in finding and hiring the best talent across the UK&I. This is a varied and fast paced position where you will provide administrative and coordination support to the rest of the team.

We have agile work arrangements with a minimum 3 days in the office.

You will enjoy a great variety of work where no two days are the same.

**About You**

Ideally you will have some administration / coordination experience with an interest in talent acquisition, or perhaps you are a recent graduate who is looking for your first opportunity. You have a strong sense of urgency where you will act as a ‘conductor’ to help drive effective activity within our team.

You are a strong communicator and can comfortably collaborate with your TA colleagues as well as internal and external stakeholders. You pride yourself on being responsive, have strong attention to detail and are interested in working in a fast-paced environment.
