Supervisor Causeway Prime

**Location -** Coleraine

**Contract -** Full-time, Permanent

**Hours -** 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, plus 1 in 3 Sundays: 2pm-5pm (Sunday work paid at double time)

**Salary **- £13.28 per hour.

**Job Summary**:
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate our operations in our Coleraine based meat processing plant. Reporting to the Causeway Prime Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be:
**Main duties & responsibilities**:

- Production management: produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels.
- Uphold product quality whilst achieving yield targets.
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Liaise with production manager of any issues which may arise.
- Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to within production.
- Uphold DARD, Beef labelling and Environmental health regulations.

**Essential criteria**:

- 1 Year Supervisory experience
- Strong organisational skills.
- Hands on commitment to getting the job done.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to direct and co-ordinate operations.
- Strong time management skills.
- Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs.

Desirable:

- Counterbalance license
- HACCP training
- Basic food hygiene training
