Location - Coleraine

Contract - Full-time, Permanent

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, plus 1 in 3 Sundays: 2pm-5pm (Sunday work paid at double time)

Salary - £13.28 per hour.

Job Summary:

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Supervisor to work alongside the existing management team to oversee and co-ordinate our operations in our Coleraine based meat processing plant.

Reporting to the Causeway Prime Team Leader, your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Main duties & responsibilities:

• Production management: produce production sheets and maintain relevant stock levels.
• Uphold product quality whilst achieving yield targets.
• Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
• Liaise with production manager of any issues which may arise.
• Ensure health and safety rules and regulations are adhered to within production.
• Uphold DARD, Beef labelling and Environmental health regulations.

Essential criteria:

• 1 Year Supervisory experience
• Strong organisational skills.
• Hands on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
• Strong time management skills.
• Flexibility to changing priorities based on business needs.

Desirable:

• Counterbalance license
• HACCP training
• Basic food hygiene training
