**We are currently recruiting for a Logistics co-ordinator to join our team at our Supreme concrete site in Sittingbourne.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinating with key stakeholders to ensure yard stock holding is at the adequate levels to prevent product back orders
- Finished goods - responsible for maintaining an accurate stock holding on business systems through perpetual and cycle stocktaking
- Raw Materials - responsible for maintaining an accurate stock holding on business systems through perpetual and cycle stocktaking
- Accurate and timely facilitation of stock adjustment processes - including scrap adjustments
- Ensure all count audit processes are completed in line with audit standards.
- Daily consumables - paint, strapping, stationary and PPE
- Accurate and timely transfer of associated products between BU’s and external sites
- Manual adjustments to stock and cut down requests
- Maintenance inventory (maintenance stock control)

**Safety system Administration**:

- SHE assure - ensure driver compliance and inductions, including behavioural observations
- Raise and close SHE assure Incidents and behavioural issues

**Administration**:

- Picking & loading administration
- Updating load board, liaising with haulier as required
- Record and control quarantine stock
- Raise maintenance tickets
- Support the Yard and Logistics Team
- Managing customer complaints appropriately

**Essential requirements**:

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Numerate and literate
- Excellent communication skills

- Flexible - Work individually or as part of a team
- Administration experience

**Desirable experience**:

- Experience using JD Edwards software
- Experience using Microsoft Office 360
- Experience in logistics/ transport
- Counterbalance Fork-Lift license
